Saturday Dinner By the Bay
Sit down dinner
Since this is a Celebration of Life in the Phillippines, I decided to have a shot at some PI
flavor for Friday nite. The menu is going to be centered around Roast Pig (Lechon), with
Pacsil (sweet and sour sauce, PI style), Pancit, and Lumpia.
It will be served buffet style
and we will wander around with plates of this and various other finger foods including
Cheese and Fruits. I did not want to sit down during this meal so, you are free to wander around during the eats, and relive old times in the PI and Clark.
For those that arrive early, we are planning a Thursday run to Cap'n Georges. It is an all
you can eat Buffet for 26.95 a person, might be 28.95 by now or then.
I highly recommend this buffet
and you will be surprised by wide range in the seafood menu. It is famous in the State of Virginia. The Hotel itself is isolated yet surrounded by many famous seafood restaurants and you might want to starve a bit prior to coming, that way you can pack it in.
