Hi everyone,
I spoke with Mr Taft this afternoon. He will be attending Saturday evenings events at the Phoenix reunion Oct 10. Mr Taft also stated that Mr Mitchum is trying to plan his trip across country from the east coast so that he arrives in Phoenix to attend the Saturday night events with Mr Taft. Mrs Mitchum had to return to Japan and will not be attending. I have been trying to get ahold of the Harmelinks who are here in the Phoenix area and I have still had no luck. :) Mr Taft has promised to continue to try to track them down also. Hopefully someone will get word to them and they'll show up at the reunion. I know they wouldn't want to miss it. I will continue trying to find them and Mr Taft promises to search for a letter he received from them last Xams, which is suppose to have a phone# for them. keep those fingers crossed. duckie '76 |
