| When Donna Smith '61 called
me on Wednesday, I decided that I couldn't miss the chance to see her again
and meet her husband Roger. So Friday morning I drove out to LAX (Los Angeles
International) and spent a great afternoon and evening with them. Roger
and I shared old war stories and memories of Clark since he was stationed
there in the '50s and '60s. It was at Clark that Donna and Roger met and
married.
Donna was very lucky during this trip. While they visited Nevada the week before, she won a big Jackpot at one of the casinos. Thanks Donna and Roger for a great dinner and visit. See you both again in Charleston! John Prunier '65 |
