Maybe we should start loading the car! Time
is getting close and sounds like a little panic in the air! May have to
locate a K-mart before arrival.

This is the last thing I can say tonight
cause we gotta get some sleep. TLC will be here at 10;30 am to do the Becky
Char interview. We stayed up till 4 AM last night doing the awsome name
tags....it will be a miracle if anyone ends up with the right name!!! See
you allllll soooooon. Oh, Becky and I took real good care of Ardis last
night (even that young buck thinks that the 'ancients' aren't dead yet)!
Dianne
Make sure they buy everyone lunch. Last Friday I got the doughnuts and the coffee in the morning. I made them take care of everything else, ha ha. BTW - Ardis is pretty cool, but I also know Tom Sellers is hanging around over there too. I'll bet they're having a great time helping out. See ya all around 6:40 PM, Delta 470, from
Atlanta.

Jerry is well, says hello, & swears he'll be back as soon as his computer
is fixed. He was feelin' GOOD. Secondly, David Kight is a 2-shirter. One
of the last things I remember is grabbing his ears & layin' a big one
on his lips. Thirdly, about that dumb ol' Navy boat? The Yorktown? Basically,
its color is a sedate puce with gray overtones -- but that's not the important
thing: those bad ol' MPs chased us off that Navy boat at 11:00 sharp so
they could get into their jammies & go to bed. We were having a lot
of fun, although not quite as much fun as Prunier, who was being photographed
all night with one of the Char sisters. Being our usual resourceful selves,
some of us necked on the beach & some of us looked at Jerry's feelthy
peectures, drank beer, and burped. Now the weird thing is, when I got back
home I had a cowboy hat & a tatoo. No, I have absolutely no clue, but
I think they were both a gift of some sort. Maybe a thank-you gift??? C'mon,
Steve, get me out of this! Barb'59
Would you believe battleship gray? How about
carrier gray?
Well I wouldn't have parted with my left nut for a video tape of Barb's rendition of an "Ode to a Reunion", but I would have liked to have had a copy. She may post the poetry here, but print won't do justice to her delivery. I had Jerry Long primed with a video cam if she repeated her performance at the dinner, but she didn't. Damn. Her farewell address to the troops was not
bad either, I watched three people cry.
