The biggest happening for me was to attend another reunion but, this time
with my dad (Bruce) who was a part of the same group. He hung out with
me and my friends, which seemed to be more acceptable then than when I
was a teenager. Seemed I grew old but he hadn't. We danced the night away.
And, proud to say he was the only elder who danced! Needless to say...daddy
aint an old fart!! Ha Ha.
The class of '77 was the biggest (of course). There was the Balut eating
contest...which my dad and I refused to have anything to do with. The first
night of dinner out on the town included all. Me, dad, Jerry Barnes, Angie
Barnes, Dan Messinger, Dave Messinger (and wife), Liz Zacharias, George
Zacharias, and Suzie Womack. The following Ballroom dinner and dance need
I say couldn't have been better with all the dancing. Basically...the whole
reunion was done with alot of "class". I doubt seriously any reunion could
surprass this one...ha ha unless we could string Dary up and one!! The
only downfall was the cost...I believe it prevented a number of classmates
from attending. But, I had a grand time and so did my dad! Now, go hit
dad up for some more info. He's younger than me!!
