O.K. people, My recipe is filipino style in that i don't measure, I use TLAR (That Looks About Right). I use regular bananas for the sweetness. Slice lengthwise. Roll in a mixture of brown sugar and cinnamon. Put thin slice of jackfruit on mixture (nangka, langka, it's all the same). Roll tightly in lumpia wrapper and deep fry till golden brown over medium heat. Don't use bananas that are too ripe or else they get soggy. Hope this does it for you. ground pork)
Add ingredients together,
mix well. Portion onto lumpia wrappers and wrap <I do easy
triangles..btw, wet two sides of wrapper to make a better seal>.
